Returns and Exchange Policy

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
    1. Spell Fashions Private Limited returns/exchange policy gives you an option to return or replace items purchased (“the Product”) for any reason within the specified return period (i.e. within 14 days of delivery of product).
    2. In this Policy, “we”, “our” or “us” or “SFPL” refers to Spell Fashions Private Limited its subsidiaries and affiliates and its brands such as “Camessi Collections” and their officers, directors, members, employees, agents or representatives and “Customer”, “Buyer” “You”, refers to who accesses or uses the Services and our website and shall include any natural or legal person or legal entity on the Site or the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering on the Site and the Platform.
    3. This policy shall form an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Website (“Terms”) set out at www.camessicollections.com/terms-and-conditions/ and shall be read along with the Terms. Any term not specifically defined herein shall draw its meaning from the meaning ascribed to such term in the Terms.
    4. SFPL’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on SFPL for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same).
    5. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
  2. INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
    1. You can initiate an exchange or a return by emailing us at enquiry@camessicollections.com along with your order details, the reason for the return or exchange and a picture of the product on question. On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will contact you and will have the product collected within 2-3 working days.
    2. Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order. Further, any products delivered under an offer shall also be returned with the ordered product subject to the terms of the offer.
    3. Please also note that we do not accept returns on purchases of the following products:
      • Our gift cards.
  3. EXCEPTIONS & RULES
    1. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
    2. Some products which are susceptible to damage can only be exchanged not returned. Please read product detail page to see number of days upto which a product can be returned/exchanged, post-delivery.

Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cash back/discount/ant offer applicable at the time of placing the order) to purchase original item will be considered to calculate difference in amount of original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by the website as the case may be, for an exchange.
    5. SFPL shall reserve the right to restrict return of the items purchased onSpell Fashion website if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in SFPL’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
    6. SFPL will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. Incircumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, SFPL would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
    7. SFPL will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  4. REFUND

    Once we receive the product at our factory, our staff will conduct a quality check of the product and the refund for money will be initiated after the product passes the quality check. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank) after the receipt of the product by SFPL

  5. EXCHANGE POLICY
    1. If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on SFPL within the
      specified exchange period for the same size or different size of same style,
      you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
    2. If you choose to exchange an item purchased by you on SFPL for any other item of the same or different value from SFPL. In such case, if exchanged item is of the higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if exchanged item is of the lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to you post successful pick up of original item from you.
    3. Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase original item will be considered to calculate difference in amount of original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by SFPL as the case may be, for an exchange.
    4. Applicable refund for exchange will be triggered post successful pick of original item from you. The refund for returned product(s) will only be initiated if the product(s_ pass through a quality check conducted at the factory. If the product(s) fails the quality check, the product(s) will be shipped back to you.
    5. Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged
    6. SFPL shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on SFPL if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Spell Fashion’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish toreturn the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
    7. SFPL will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, SFPL would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User
    8. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  6. CANCELLATION POLICY
    1. An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. We do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders.
    2. SFPL has the discretion to cancel an order. Some of the reasons for cancellation are as under (not being an exhaustive list of reasons):
      1. Failure to comply with any of these Terms
      2. Product is unavailable
      3. Technical errors or issues
      4. Problems identified by SFPL’s credit and fraud avoidance department
      5. Invalid address is given in order details
      6. Malpractice is used to place the order
      7. Bulk order is placed for commercial resale.
      8. Multiple orders are placed for same product at the same address.
      9. Order is undelivered after 2 attempts
      10. EMI offer is rejected by the bank.
      11. Failure to collect the order from partner store within stipulated time.
